Weekend Pre-Law Academy @HOME
The Fall Pre-Law Academy @HOME allows students to get their first taste of the complex world of pre-law studies and the American legal system. Beginning with civics lessons and the acquaintance of students with the legal system itself, the program quickly equips students with the skills they need to read, interpret, and incorporate legal cases into their writing. By the end of the program, students will have put together their very first pieces of legal writing, which will be compiled in a formal anthology and shared with the class at program's end. In addition to fostering these pre-legal skills, students will get acquainted with pre-law studies and the Law School Admissions Test, for which they'll be taught strategies to tackle the daunting exam. They'll hear it all from Harvard students in pre-legal studies and through a curriculum curated by Harvard's Office of Career Services.
The Academy will run from 12-4pm ET on each day listed.
